The Student Trainee Exchange Programme (STEP) is ELSA’s official traineeship programme and provides law students and young legal professionals with the opportunity to put theory into practice and develop themselves professionally.
STEP offers accredited work experience in the legal sector at the service of a great variety of accredited organisations active in different jurisdictions. Beyond the normal in person traineeships, this year STEP also offers the opportunity to carry out remote traineeships.
The applications open on Friday the 20th of November 2020 on the step.elsa.org website.
